Abe contacted me and asked that I spring clean. Should be a little better when I'm done. I'll see about pruning the spammer accounts as well, but I'll try to not drop any actual accounts in the process.

There's also the question of if forums like this are no longer necessary in the age of facebook. I'll be the first one to state my strong dislike of facebook, and most other social media, but if we can't keep a functional forum here, I can't see much other option.
